Why Train at Deuk Spine Institute?

Deuk Spine Institute takes an active role in promoting physician fellowships as a key to expanding knowledge of pioneering minimally invasive spine techniques. Located in east central Florida, we offer fellows a world-class learning experience within a thriving multi-specialty practice that processes over 1,500 patient encounters and averages over 50 complex spinal surgeries every month. Fellows work directly with Dr. Ara Deukmedjian — a board-certified, NIH fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who graduated #1 in his class at USC School of Medicine and has personally performed over 5,000 cervical discectomies and treated over 2,000 lumbar discs with zero major complications. On-staff physicians span neurology, physiatry, neurosurgery, orthopedics, interventional pain management, and chiropractic — giving fellows comprehensive cross-specialty exposure.
